LA MONTANARA

THE HISTORY

In 1978, La Montanara was built and donated to the community of Monte thanks to the generosity of Dante Ronchetti, with the intention of offering a meeting point for the locals.
La Montanara is a traditional mountain osteria which, while evolving with the changing times and the needs of its guests, has preserved its authentic character. It remains a daily meeting point for the people of the valley as well as for passing travelers and visitors.

THE NEW MANAGEMENT

Since May 2025, La Montanara is under the new management of Emanuele.
With a career rich in experiences in the kitchens of renowned hotels and restaurants, Emanuele has decided to renovate La Montanara and its cuisine, bringing a breath of fresh air without ever betraying its roots. His goal is to enhance tradition with a touch of creativity, using local and seasonal ingredients to create dishes that tell a story.

 

With an innate passion for tradition and an innovative touch, he brings with him a deep love for authentic flavors.
